企业靠员工提供的结果生存，所以如果你要早就一个强大的公司，那么请你先学会打造强大的员工。
『CHAPTER 1: 任务=/=结果』
小张显然是现在众多公司喜欢的员工类型，因为他不仅完成了任务，也就是老板“吩咐”他做的事情，而且更懂得老板和公司“吩咐”他做事的结果
在任何一个地方，我们都可以看到“做任务”和“做结果”这两种人
任务不是结果，反而是结果的大敌
如果我们每一个人都满足于苦劳，满足于“我尽力了，结果做不到我也没办法”，那么公司靠什么生存？
你安排我做这件事（任务），我就做了这件事（任务），我只对事（任务）负责，我不对结果负责。但公司真正想要的是做事（任务）吗？不，公司要的是这件事的结果！
『CHAPTER 2: 心态决定行动』
结果心态：不是“想要”，而是“一定要”
『CHAPTER 3: 行动决定结果』
心态决定行动，行动决定结果。如果说敢想是成功了一半，那么另一半就是去做。
(想要->一定要) + (敢做) = (成功)。
行动就会有收获，行动就会出结果，但快速的行动，更能保证我们得到想要的结果。
一个差的结果也比没有结果强。
先开枪，后瞄准。
体现重点的最简单的做法，就是每一段时间定一个主题，一切围绕主题做。在解决问题的程序上，先从解决最紧迫、最重要的事情开始。
『CHAPTER 4:如何建立一个强大的中层』
“想做”是指企业的愿景；“可做”是指达到愿景的路径；“能做”是指企业有能力去试试。三者的交集就是企业的战略。
但按照这种方式走，随着项目的深入，我们发现到企业那里，却成了讨价还价的借口。
“三做思想”就是懒惰思想
『CHAPTER 5: 锁定责任，才能锁定结果』
责任是一只猴子，要学会锁定猴子。
海尔电冰箱厂的大楼，每一块玻璃上都贴着一个小纸条，上面印着两个编码，第一个编码代表负责擦这块玻璃的人，第二个编码代表谁负责检查这块玻璃，如果玻璃脏了，责任不是负责擦的人，而是负责检查的人。
急迫的事很容易被误认为最重要的事。其实二者的区别就在于这件事是否有助于完成某种重要的目标。
效率研究专家艾伊贝·李的时间管理建议：
- 不要想把所有事情都做完。
- 手边的事情并不一定是最重要的事情。
- 每天晚上写出你明天必须做的事情，按照事情的重要性排列。
- 第二天先做最重要的事情，不必去估计其他事情。第一件事做完后，再做第二件，以此类推。
- 到了晚上，如果你列出的事情没有做完也没有关系，因为你已经把最重要的事情做完了，剩下的事情明天再做。
时间是永远守恒的，永远做重要而又不紧急的事。
『CHAPTER 6: 失败执行力：如何从失败中获得成功』
比如在大庭广众之下小孩看到一个滑板，他想玩，他就冲上去滑，不管会不会。但成人就不一样了，我们害怕被人笑话我们，不仅是笑话我们的摔倒，身子是笑话我们滑的不专业。
失败是成功之母，其实是说“成功”是“失败”的宝宝，但是不一定是属于你。你要让“成功”宝宝属于你，你就要先爱“失败”。
善待失败，感谢失败，就是懂得失败时我们适应环境最好的机制，痛并快乐着。就是当你面对困难和失败的时候，你不妨向更高的困难和失败迈进，体验失败在你身上慢慢建立起免疫能力。
